  Kimberly Arn

  Founding Attorney

  Kimberly Arn has a unique ability to understand many of the difficult issues that her family law clients present, as she experienced a high conflict divorce herself in 1998. After her divorce and with a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, Kimberly went to law school to become a family lawyer and help others struggling with family conflict understand that litigation is not the only way to resolve the difficult issues surrounding the breakup of a family. Non-adversarial approaches are often best in the family arena, but not always appropriate in every case. She understands that sometimes you have to fight to protect your family’s interests. Kimberly has been practicing family law exclusively for over 16 years, initially in Virginia and then in Maryland since 2007. Kimberly opened her own practice in 2010, serving clients primarily in Howard, Baltimore, Carroll, Calvert, and Anne Arundel counties. Kimberly welcomes the opportunity to speak with you about your family law situation and help you determine what resolution process is best suited to your case and a plan to reach your goals.

  Tracey L. Perrick

  Partner, Family Law Attorney

  Tracey Perrick joined ARN Family Law in July 2019 as a Partner. She brings to the firm many years of experience as a family law attorney and litigator. She handles an array domestic family matters including but not limited to divorce, custody, alimony, child support, property settlements, domestic violence, contempt of court actions post-judgment issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Tracey believes each client and each case deserves time, attention and an understanding of the unique family dynamics at play. She is passionate about helping clients find resolutions without the need for litigation. However, if contested litigation is necessary, Tracey has significant courtroom and litigation experience, and will zealously represent her clients in court during all stages of the litigation process. Prior to joining ARN Family Law, Tracey has worked for well-known family law firms in Columbia, Maryland. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2006, where she was a Production Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics, magna cum laude, in 2003 from the University of Maryland, College Park. After law school, Tracey served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick L. Woodward (Ret.), Chief Judge of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland. Tracey is the Co-Chair of the Howard County Bar Association Family Law Section, and she was the recipient of the Howard County Bar Association Service Award in 2016 and 2019. Tracey is a Speaker at the Howard County Circuit Court Self-Help Program, as well as a volunteer for the Howard County Circuit Court Family Law Assistance Program. Tracey is trained and has been appointed by the Circuit Court for Howard County to serve as an attorney appointed to represent children in high conflict family matters. She is a member of the Maryland State and Howard County Bar Associations. Tracey was selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star in 2012 and 2013, and as a Top Lawyer by Super Lawyers® in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, including being selected as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Maryland in 2015 and 2018, and one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Maryland in 2018.

  Jeff Evans

  Family Law Attorney

  Jeff grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona but has lived in Maryland since 1995. His practice focuses on the representation of clients in family law cases, including divorce, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation and the division of marital property. He has represented clients in family law matters in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Calvert and Queen Anne’s County. Prior to focusing on family law matters, Jeff handled commercial litigation cases, including complex commercial breach of contract disputes and business related torts. Jeff has also represented securities firms and individual registered representatives in litigation, including temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, and in FINRA (formerly NASD) arbitrations. Jeff has over eighteen years of litigation experience representing clients in court as well as participating in countless negotiations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution processes. Jeff has successfully negotiated complex separation and property settlement agreements on behalf of his clients and is also experienced in litigating complex, high-conflict cases. While he believes that non-adversarial approaches are the best way to resolve family law cases, he understands that this is not always possible and is prepared to go to court to aggressively advocate on behalf of his clients when necessary.   Elizabeth Reinecke

  Associate Attorney

  Liz Reinecke is an Annapolis native. Prior to joining Arn Family Law in September 2018, Liz served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jennifer B. Schiffer in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. During her time as a judicial clerk, Liz spent the majority of her clerkship in the domestic division where she worked closely with the Judge on hundreds of family law cases. Having grown up with divorced parents, Liz empathizes and understands the impact of divorce has on families and their children.
